How we support our residents

The Gables is a purpose-built nursing home in Oldbury, offering nursing care, specialist dementia care and short respite stays in a setting designed for comfort, privacy and dignity. With support available around the clock, we take time to understand each resident’s routines, preferences and individual needs, so care always feels personal. Daily life is shaped around comfort, good food and meaningful support. Residents benefit from a varied menu developed with specialist input, protected mealtimes, activities led by a full-time organiser, and a warm welcome for families, who are encouraged to visit, join meals and stay involved in care planning.
